About Walter

I live in Georgia, just south of Athens - home to the University of Georgia - and 65 miles from Atlanta. I got back into photography when my boys began playing middle school football. Armed with a D70, a surprise Christmas gift from my wife, I began snapping picture after picture. Football, basketball, baseball and soccer. I have been rewarded by my boys playing in the Ga Dome in the Ga High School Assoc. "A" final 4 playoffs in football the past two years. It does not get much better than taking pictures on the same field as the Atlanta Falcons. This past year I upgraded to a Nikon D300 after lots of reading and browsing.

Hobbies: Photography, fly fishing, water skiing, biking, reading.
